Friday, May 19th, we will have a packet pick up at Jack Brooks Park Pavilion from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
7:00 am | Check in & late registration
Race-day, May 20th, packet pickup and late registration starts at 7:00 am. Park in the large parking lot on the fair grounds side and walk across the street to the pavilion.
7:00 am | volunteer Check in
Volunteers check in at the registration booth for assignments and further instructions.
7:45 am | WARM UP
Warm up and stretching with Camp Gladiator Trainer Farrah Portie.
8:00 am | National anthem & prayer
True GRIT... Girls Rodeoing in Texas will sing our National Anthem.
8:10 am | 5K race
Walk. Run. Stroll. Compete or just enjoy the company.
9:00 am | silent auction
The silent auction starts at 9:00 am and ends at 1 pm. Winners will be notified and items will be available for pick up until 2:00 pm.
9:30 am | awards ceremony
Awards will be given to our winners.
10:00 am | dunk tank
Dunk Mayor Bill Pittman (10 am), City Councilman John Dickerson (11 am), and SFISD Trustee James Grassmuck (12 pm) until 1:00 pm.
10:00 am | Live bands
Harmoney Honey and the Liz and Steve Band will be performing on stage.
11:00 am | boyd's crawfish
Boyd's will be selling crawfish from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm (or sellout). All sales at Jack Brooks Park will be donated to build the Memorial.
