The online silent auction starts at 8 am on Friday, May 16th and ends at 1 pm on May 16th. Pick up between 1 and 2 pm at Jack Brooks Park Live Oaks Pavilion. Bid online here.

Friday, May 15th, we will have a packet pick up at Jack Brooks Park Live Oak Pavilion from 3:30 to 6:30 pm.

Race-day, May 16th, packet pickup and late registration starts at 6:30 am. Park in the large parking lot on the fair grounds side and walk across the street to the Live Oak Pavilion.
6:30 am | VENdOR Check in
Vendors check in in the large parking lot on the fair grounds side. Must be set up by 8:00 am.
6:45 am | volunteer & SPONSOR Check in
Volunteers & sponsors check in at the merchandise booth for assignments and further instructions.
7:30 am | WARM UP
Warm up and stretching.

Vendors will be selling merchandise from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm.

Ages 2 - 10. Parents walk free with child entry.

Awards will be presented to the winners.
1:00 Pm | SILENT AUCtION PICK UP and VENDOR BREAK DOWN
Between 1:00 pm and 2: 00 pm silent auction winners can pick up their items at the Live Oak Pavilion and vendors will break down their booths.
