About the Event
Rosie Yanas Stone and Gail McLeod recount the excruciating hours spent waiting for answers about their children—hours filled with confusion, fear, and devastating loss. On May 18th, 2018, a school shooting in Santa Fe, Texas, shattered their lives, leaving them to endure a parent’s worst nightmare.
'Ten Hours' focuses on the tragedy from the mothers’ perspectives, walking through their heartbreaking journey of hope, uncertainty, and unimaginable grief. Through their voices, the documentary offers a profound and intimate exploration of love, resilience, and the human cost of violence.
Created and produced by Amaya Austin (SFHS 2021 Alumni), Hayden Swanson and Daja Dansby.
